Miguel Trejo shares community-wide and accessible means of practicing science in South American communities.
Doctoral candidate in Earth System Science at the National Institute for Space Research, Brazil. His research focuses on social innovation as a strategy to enhance flood resilience. Miguel obtained a Masters degree in Flood Risk Management from UNESCO-IHE as an Erasmus Mundus Scholar. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Water Youth Network. Miguel is a consultant for the National Water Commission of Mexico and the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
